Infineon has developed the automotive industry's first LPDDR Flash memory to support the development of new electrical and electronic systems for semi-autonomous vehicles. The SEMPER X1 LPDDR Flash offers 20 times faster random read transactions for real-time applications and performs eight times better than conventional NOR Flash memory.
